  23. After Workbench had completed setting up on the screen, I manually
  24.   invoked EGS by double-clicking on the icon
  25. Changed Amiga ScreenMode to the A2410 and away I went

  27. Not only did the software work, but I was unable to reproduce the crashes
  28. with the right button - and even TERM (v4.1) which I had been told will
  29. crash EGS didn't!  I've never been happier - and I really like the resolution
  30. of the A2410.

  32. Now the biggest question - why doesn't it work correctly from DEVS:Monitors?

  34. I plan on changing my S:user-startup to invoke EGS after everything has
  35. booted - and then execute the screenmode command to get it to switch over.
  36. My goal is to run with only 1 monitor...

  38. Thanks to all that have offered advice and comments.  I don't think I would
  39. have survived this one without the friendliness and offers from the Amiga
  40. community.  My hat is off to all of those people.
